This was a start up business that needed ongoing help with Book Keeping which they had no experience in themselves.  I put together a system for purchases & sales, so they knew exactly where they were financially at any given time.

I also set them up with savings accounts for VAT & PAYE so they didn’t get any nasty surprises from the tax man.

This allowed them to concentrate on what they were good at in the knowledge that VAT, PAYE, CIS were all taken care off.

Not only that but because of the systems that were in place their accountants bill was lower.  They also had a nice annual excess in their PAYE account.
