Brief

When they had taken over the business they had inherited many issues.

Upon consultation it became apparent that the main area which needed addressing was stock.  They were also concerned about how much it was going to cost as money was tight.  I needed to come up with a solution which solved their stock issues within budget, they had got to the stage where they could no longer see the wood for the trees – they needed a new approach.

I came up with a 3 stage approach where I could lead them in the right direction letting them do the time consuming work leaving me to fine tune.

Through each stage they had clearly defined goals with a time scale to work to, I would then go in and implement the changes which then allowed them to move to the next stage.

They knew that by Christmas they would have a clear & precise system in place which would not only enable them to start the new year knowing exactly what stock they had, what they needed & where it was but that could also be used in future years.
